Peyton Manning has built a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio centered on two properties in the affluent Denver suburb of Cherry Hills Village, part of a broader pattern of investments the retired NFL quarterback has made since his playing days. Manning bought his primary Colorado estate for about $4.6 million in 2012, the year he signed with the Denver Broncos, and the gated property spans roughly 16,500 square feet on 3.37 acres, with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
A second home added more than a decade later
In 2023, Manning added a second home near his main residence, paying roughly $5.3 million for a property of about 3,500 square feet. A person familiar with the purchase said at the time that Manning intended to use the second home for business purposes rather than as a personal residence, suggesting the addition was more of a practical investment than an upgrade to his primary living space.
